Work Principle of High Speed Toothbrush Tufting Machine

Now society has developed into a healthy and beautiful teeth as a symbol of health, the demand for toothbrushes is also increasing. According to statistics, the global annual demand for toothbrushes has far exceeded 9 billion, and the annual growth rate of 10% increase. With a large population in China, toothbrush is in great demand as a necessity of modern life. Although toothbrush is small, it is a large commodity with huge consumption and mature market. With the improvement of life quality, the quality of toothbrush also improves. The production efficiency and quality demand of high-quality toothbrush equipment promote the equipment development of high speed toothbrush tufting machine.

Guangdong Chuangyan Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of toothbrush machinery and equipment.  With a large number of long-term engaged in toothbrush machinery design, production of professional management and production of technical personnel, committed to the production and development of toothbrush machinery.  In the past, most manufacturers of toothbrush equipment used the same brand of single-chip microcomputer control system and servo motor electronic control system, of which the servo system was mostly imported from Japan.  In recent years, delta servo products with excellent performance and competitive price advantage, in the high-speed toothbrush hair planting machine industry share increasing year by year.

So what is the work principle of high speed toothbrush tufting machine?

The transmission structure of high-speed toothbrush hair planting machine is composed of main drive shaft and four servo drive shaft systems. The four servo axes are horizontal X axis, vertical Y axis, flap Z axis and hair-changing U axis respectively. XY axis coordinates determine the position of toothbrush hole, Z axis plays the role of changing to the next toothbrush, U axis plays the role of changing toothbrush color. When the spindle motor is running, the four electronically controlled servo shafts run with it, and the other four shafts stop with it when the spindle stops.  The speed of the spindle determines the speed of hair planting. The response of the four servo axes requires coordinated drive, otherwise depilation or uneven hair will occur. With the high precision electric servo control of Delta Dentsu, the hair planting speed can be 1000 times/min, and the hair can be jumped hole.
